I first reached out to Holly at the start of the year with some back pain that had come on suddenly and was causing me quite a bit of bother. She was so thorough, and after a couple of sessions, the pain had gone and I was able to get back to running. I then went back to see Holly a couple of months ago after suffering with neck pain and recurring headaches; again Holly was very thorough, and spent time talking me through what she thought was causing the problem. We've been working through treating my neck, shoulders, head and jaw since - and the headaches have near enough gone. Holly's a great osteopath, and nothing is ever too much bother! I can’t recommend Holly highly enough. She has been fantastic from the very start—kind, attentive, and incredibly supportive throughout my pregnancy.
I initially came to her with hip and back pain, and she made a huge difference in relieving it. What really stood out is how she always adapted each session to whatever new issues came up, taking the time to listen and adjust her approach accordingly. She also provided really helpful guidance, exercises, and stretches that I could continue at home, which made a big impact.
In addition to that, she also worked on my jaw, which improved more than I expected. It’s something I hadn’t originally considered, but her treatment really helped.

Definitely recommend Clapham Osteopathic Practice — very professional, lovely and easy to find place.

Recently saw Holly over the last few weeks for osteopath treatment following a lower back injury.

I had an emergency treatment after I injured my back in the gym. They were very helpful and accommodated me later that day as an emergency because I was travelling abroad in a few days. Wonderful experience with Holly at Westwood Health. I went in for acute neck pain and received a full assessment which also identified lots of back and shoulder tightness. As part of the treatment process, I was shown a breathing exercise all around tapping into the parasympathetic nervous system and links back to tightness in muscles. The exercise has changed the game for me and something I use daily for stress.
